By purchasing my art services you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully.
If you have any questions, please contact me!♡Full payment must be made after rough sketch. (I am willing to do 50/50 payment on specific pieces if you REALLY need it. Subject to change if I feel people are abusing this policy.)
♡ Please don’t post/send forms when I’m closed or full /-:
♡ DO NOT STEAL/POST MY ART/RETRACE ART. It goes without saying.
♡ I retain full rights of the commission art to post on social media and as a part of my art portfolio.
♡I can reject a commission if I find myself unable to make it up to the expectations/uncomfy with commission.
♡I don´t work with deadlines so, please be patient. instead I will send WIPs to ensure the work is being done as expected or you can ask for it anytime.
♡I have right to upload it on my Gallery, with watermark. If you don't want it to be public I charge a small fee (+10 USD to the final price because it stops me from showcasing my skills to potential new clients.)
♡Live2D Models and Emotes -- have Commercial Fees already included in the price, there is no discussion needed.If you get a normal Commission and later decide you'd like to use it for Commercial Use it is possible to pay the fee afterwards. Please feel free to message me if that would be the case.The following cases are considered commercial use:
-reproducing and selling the artwork
-when you receive profit in the medium where you're using it (like Twitch, Patreon, YouTube, banner of a site, business cards, etc.)♡Prices are for only ONE character, for additional characters it is double the price, and for extra props (Swords, hand-held items, etc, there is no additional fee. HOWEVER, base prices do fluctuate a little bit due to complexity of the overall design. )♡ First time commissioners get a 5% discount.♡ I do give a 10% discount to clients who commission me after 5 times.♡ You MAY NOT sell my art/make NFT out of it.♡ I will give two WIPS when I do your commission. (You can dm me for more, but two is default.)
It contains as such:
-----------------------------Lineart WIP (after rough sketch): you can change any major designs at this point.Flat color WIP: I will not change designs, however you can request any color changes/minor fixes.After we discuss the last flat color WIP changes, and after your commission is done, I won't change anything else! Sorry, but at that point it's a super duper hassle to change rendering.♡ I do not accept refunds - a cancellation of a commission will not be accepted if the payment has already been made.
If you file a chargeback against me, your rights to the commissioned work will be retracted and you will be blacklisted and prohibited from commissioning me ever again. Your name will also be made public as a warning for others in the art community.
